Dan K. Lowring is CFO and General Counsel of Chainalytics, a leading global provider of supply chain consulting, analytics, and market intelligence services headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Dan is responsible for all financial, administrative and sales operations functions across Chainalytics’ global footprint.
Prior to joining Chainalytics, Dan has held financial and operating leadership roles with growth companies in diverse industries including communications, software, life sciences, financial services, retail and real estate. He was COO of Tangent Solutions, Inc., a holding company operating multiple software companies, and President and CFO of OLIS, Inc, a manufacturer of scientific instruments and software. He also served as CFO of supply chain software company Powerway, Inc. and was founder and CEO of a real estate development company. During his ten years at Melita International Corporation, a provider of customer interaction solutions, Dan held positions of Controller, Treasurer, VP of Strategic Planning and CFO. Melita experienced explosive growth from a $2 million privately held business to a $100 million publicly held enterprise. During his tenure, the company completed an IPO, made multiple acquisitions, expanded operations across the globe and was merged with a larger technology company.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
