Kirk Waldrop is a Vice President of the Supply Chain Operations practice at Chainalytics where he is responsible for leading supply chain operational strategy and implementation engagements. He brings a unique blend of innovative technical and customer relationship skills to the team as well as extensive expertise in strategic planning, process re-engineering, logistics engineering, and supply chain operations and optimization.
Kirk has more than 16 years of experience in logistics and consulting for both public and private sectors. He specializes in strategic planning, process reengineering, supply chain operations and optimization, strategic sourcing, and program management.
His previous work experience includes Booz Allen Hamilton where he lead the Space Line of Business for NASA, Air Force Space Command, and Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center. Through Booz Allen Hamilton he also worked as a project manager on logistics business for Homeland Security and the US Coast Guard.
